Elegance Car Wash

After looking at all the great reviews I called at 1pm to see if they could do interior and exterior cleaning and was told by the really nice and helpful lady to bring it in. When I got there the place was packed with lots of cars and in less than 2 hours my car was ready. And boy did they do an amazing job! Every detail of the car was cleaned, polished and cared for... and I'm talking about a car that hasn't been properly cleaned in 2 years. With the price quoted I'm more than satisfied with the service I received. Definitely returning!

Took a prado there wanting to detail it. Lady at reception said $280 after inspecting the car. The car had sand from a beach trip. They refused to clean it because it was too much work apparently. I gave them the option of increasing the price and they still refused. In my opinion the person running this place has become complacent and only wants the easy jobs. I'll take my business elsewhere. Green and gold carwash kingswood are more welcoming and will actually tackle the job ahead of them and cheaper.

I rang this car place before going to ask if they have any availability. The lady on the phone was lovely. When I arrived she asked me what I needed done and I explained that a client of mine had thrown up in my car this morning and I needed an interior clean. She was very happy to help. My work were going to pay for the clean. They only paid a portion of the price to have only the front passenger seat cleaned but the whole car needed a clean. The lady informed me of this and I was happy with just the passenger seat being done if that was all was paid for. I left my car for an hour and came back and the lady told me she had done the whole car for me. Her and her team cleaned all the seats and floor mats, vacuumed the whole car and wiped down all surfaces. I was very pleased with the end result and have never seen my car so clean. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for a car interior clean and will go back when I need it doing again. The price is expensive but for what you get, very worth it.
